An Elementor-focused toolkit for building custom headers, footers, menus and content layouts, ElementsKit Pro gathers a wide set of site-building controls in one plugin. Its appeal is less about one isolated widget and more about giving an Elementor workflow a broader set of layout, navigation and content tools.

Page-building toolkit

ElementsKit Pro extends the visual building process with widgets aimed at common page sections and marketing content. Pricing tables, testimonials and accordions cover familiar patterns without requiring each one to be assembled from basic elements. Responsive controls then provide separate handling for different device sizes, which is important when a desktop layout does not translate directly to a smaller screen.

The plugin also includes custom CSS and JavaScript options. That gives developers a place to apply more precise presentation or behaviour changes when the available controls do not reach far enough. These options are better suited to a site owner or developer comfortable maintaining front-end code than to someone who wants every adjustment to remain purely visual.

Headers, footers and menus

The header and footer builder is one of the more consequential parts of the package. Rather than treating those areas as fixed theme territory, it supports custom site-wide layouts. This is useful for projects that need different branding, navigation or calls to action from the defaults supplied by a theme.

Navigation receives its own attention through the built-in mega menu builder. Large menus often need more structure than a standard list of links, particularly when a site has several sections or grouped destinations. ElementsKit Pro brings that arrangement into the same general design system as the rest of the page.

Templates and dynamic content

Pre-designed templates and blocks provide starting points for repeated page structures, with one-click importing described as part of the feature set. They are most useful when a project needs to establish a consistent visual language quickly, then refine individual sections rather than start every layout from a blank canvas.

Dynamic content support broadens the plugin beyond static landing pages. Integration with custom fields and post types allows layouts to draw from structured WordPress content. That gives an Elementor site a route to repeatable templates for content-driven pages instead of manually editing every instance.

What to weigh

The breadth of the toolkit is also its main trade-off. A plugin covering headers, footers, menus, widgets, templates, dynamic content and custom code creates a larger configuration surface than a narrowly focused Elementor extension. Teams need to decide which parts belong in ElementsKit Pro and which should remain in the theme or another plugin, or the site’s design rules can become harder to track.

There is also maintenance responsibility in combining imported blocks, dynamic data and custom CSS or JavaScript. A template that depends on particular custom fields or post types is less portable than a simple static section, while custom code requires its own documentation. The asset-control feature helps with the performance side of that breadth: individual widgets and extensions can be disabled, and disabled components do not load their assets according to the listing. That control still requires deliberate configuration rather than removing the need to manage the toolkit.

Who it suits

ElementsKit Pro fits Elementor projects that need more than basic content blocks, especially sites with custom headers, complex navigation, reusable templates or structured content. It offers a useful middle ground between assembling separate extensions for each requirement and building every feature from custom code. It is less compelling for a small site that only needs a few extra widgets, where the wider set of builders and controls could add unnecessary decisions.

The verdict
